Each bidder who assumes the tender documents from the website of the Ministry, always shall give written notice to the contracting authority that has taken the TD, as well as the date and time of downloading TD. Bidders who take TD, rather than inform the contracting authority in writing that the same taken, shall be deemed to have not taken the TD and their offer will be rejected as inadmissible.
